With our innovative technology, we turn plant leftovers of the agricultural industry into a novel sustainable biomaterial - biobased, plastic-free and compostable. A material that leaves no harmful traces. With this, we want to replace as much plastics as possible, and this is where you come in.
As our Quality Assurance Technician Student (f/m/x), you will be responsible for scientific support by maintaining an efficient and exceptional quality assurance system in the laboratory as well as by performing in-process sampling and testing, laboratory housekeeping, sampling retention and stability test, reporting, among other valuable techniques. Conduct quality control testing for incoming materials, ensuring the product meets specifications, and updating the system for Raw Material product release.

• Plan and execute testing for all in-process material at different intervals of production.
• Plan and conduct all laboratory quality control activities/assays for finished products and product batch release.
• Assisting scientists and engineers in ongoing experiments and tasks when needed for quality projects.
• Sample storage and inventory maintenance.
• Collect and maintain data and samples related to ongoing projects.
• Conduct regular quality assurance inspections at production level, and laboratory level such as calibration records, preventive maintenance records, etc.
• Maintenance of laboratory work environment.
• Present results and observations to team members via quality reports, and certificates of analysis for batch release.
• QC support in process improvements, R&D and Operations with respect to quality processes and monitoring checks.
