Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Quality Assurance Test Engineer. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
The Quality Assurance Test Engineer will be responsible for debugging software using automated tests to achieve quality standards for company products. Execute test plans to ensure program functionality. Consult development engineers to address issues. Provide feedback for evaluation of programming languages, systems, and computation software. Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Develop, modify, and execute software test plans, automated scripts and programs for testing. Analyze and write test standards and procedures. Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action. Ensure quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus five (5) years of experience in an IT/Computer-related position.
