YOUR PLAYGROUND
As a QA working student (f/m/d) at shyftplan you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our web app, mobile app, and integration endpoints. Your responsibilities include thorough testing and validation of our core business logic, contributing to the scalability and reliability of our API and making sure to deliver an exceptional user experience for our enterprise customers. Your tasks in more detail are:
- Enhance and expand our test case catalog.
- Build knowledge of our product and apply it to provide tech support and validate bug reports.
- Quality gate our software development through manual tests and test automation.
- Approach tasks from the user’s perspective, ensuring attention to detail, accuracy, and correctness.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure a smooth user experience in our web and mobile applications.
- Initiate open discussions on potential improvements to existing workflows and processes.
