Description:

Job Summary: The Quality Auditor is responsible for complying with all referenced quality procedures and work instructions, performing the required inspections. Visual inspections of parts or materials for cosmetic defects and through processes and tests that inspect the functionality of a part or product. The role is responsible for the effective use of inspection equipment for completing the necessary forms and maintaining filing records. They serve as the eyes of the customer on each aspect of the production process.
1st Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday) including Saturdays (We anticipate mandatory overtime through April 30, 2024 and this requirement may be extended due to business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using test equipment, measuring devices and computers to record information
  • Excellent verbal skills to communicate with employees on the production floor and stop the production process when a defect or flaw is identified .
  • Able to work well independently or in a team
  • High standard in computer literacy
  • Detail oriented
  • Technically competent in manufacturing processes

Responsibilities:

  • Review current work practices to identify areas in which quality or productivity could be improved.
  • Conduct internal quality audits.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process at different stages to meet customer satisfaction Quality levels.
  • Identify inconsistencies and assist to discover their causes
  • Compile card samples for specific high-profile customers.
  • Follow job ticket information for the specifications of products and material
