Responsibilities:
THE ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:
- Implement, monitor and maintain the CPB Project Management System, verifying the installed systems function and perform as specified in the Design to achieve optimum system performance
- Facilitate the final acceptance of the Project at the earliest possible date.
- Facilitate the transfer of the Project to the Owner’s Maintenance Staff.
- Check that the comfort systems meet the requirements of the Occupants.
- Document that equipment is installed, started and operated as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Document that equipment and systems receive complete operational checkout by installing Subcontractors.
- Document system performance with thorough Functional Performance Testing and monitoring.
- Verify the completeness of Operations & Maintenance Manuals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
- Degree in a discipline that develops critical thinking skills such as Engineering or Science or Trade qualification in a discipline related to construction.
- Experience as a Lead Auditor of Quality Management Systems with integrated (Safety, Health and Environmental) management system auditor capabilities
- At least three (3) years of relevant construction quality management experience in a buildings environment
- Detailed understanding of relevant Australian and International standards, both technical and those related to management systems
- High level communication, consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Solid relationship building skills
- High level writing skills
- Good presentation skills with ability to demonstrate and train others
