Description:
We have a really exciting opportunity to join our Quality Team here at Voyage Care as a Quality and Compliance Manager.
Some information below about the role:
To maintain Voyage Care at the forefront of quality care provision for people we support, promoting Voyage Cares values and standards internally and externally.
- In conjunction with the Senior Quality and Compliance Manager and in collaboration with the Risk and Governance Manager, Quality Development Manager, Managing Directors, Operations Managers and operational teams to implement, manage and monitor a Quality Audit Process (part of the Quality Framework) in designated residential homes and community services.
- To work with designated sites to undertake periodic independent assessments and reporting of the quality and safety of care with each residential or community service.
- To work closely with the Senior Quality and Compliance Managers to present audit findings and record these as the draft report / findings within one working week after the visit / audit is undertaken.
- To maintain a working knowledge of identified services (by the failure of standards and results available from internal monitoring.
To have a working knowledge of issues, concerns and actions involving external agencies e.g. Local Authorities (Las), Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and Coroners.
- To produce and publish a final audit report following receipt of factual challenges and / or further evidence to support compliance and the implementation of any required amendments. Final reports will be published within two weeks of the audit being completed.
