  • Proven track record of effectively navigating remote work environments, utilising communication tools and platforms to maintain productive engagement and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Award winning animal charity Pet Blood Bank is seeking a dedicated Quality Compliance Officer. Under the guidance of our Clinical Director, your primary role will be to oversee the non-conformance process, ensuring strict adherence to organisational policies and procedures while actively investigating any instances of non-conformance. Join our team and contribute to maintaining the highest standards in animal blood banking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Coordinate and oversee the non-conformance process under the guidance of the Clinical Director.
  • Ensure timely reporting and recording of all non-conformations and deviations, investigating as necessary and providing supporting documentation.
  • Support risk assessment activities with PBB departments and managers.
  • Provide data analysis and produce reports to contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system.
  • Support organisational changes through the Change Control Process.
  • Assist in, develop, and maintain internal and external audit processes.
  • Actively participate in the Quality Team to ensure smooth departmental operations and promote high standards of service and continuous improvement.
