Responsibilities:

As a Quality & Compliance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring the quality of claims practices to meet business requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, and customer expectations. You will establish strong relationships with stakeholders and leverage those relationships to generate insights and optimise claims practice and outcomes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting processes. Additionally, the role involves extracting data from three different databases, manually cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy. An essential aspect of this position is understanding the root cause of data integration issues.
Can be based anywhere in Australia, with Hybrid working arrangements.
