JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee procurement processes to align with quality standards and regulatory compliance, conducting audits, managing supplier relationships, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced operational integrity. Ensure ethical practices, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and optimise overall procurement performance.
As a Quality & Compliance Specialist Last Mile, you will:
- Monitor risks, exceptions and findings across the supply chain.
- Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and execute the process for evaluating and monitoring the quality performance of suppliers, ensuring alignment with defined quality standards.
- Establish criteria for evaluation and qualification of suppliers based on quality and compliance standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes within procurement activities.
- Conduct audits and assessments of procurement processes.
- Stay informed about regulations and compliance requirements related to procurement activities, ensuring adherence to legal & industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation relating to procurement decisions, quality standards and compliance measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 3 years auditing, logistic and if possible logistic compliance
- Bachelor / Master degree is a plus
- Experience in project work
- Fluency in English
- Quality Management expertise
- Audit and assessment skills
