Quality Control Analyst

Responsibilities of the Quality Control Analyst
- Developing and documenting all information quality reviews
- Participating in audits
- Addressing customer complaints and feedback
- Creating reports for management
Requirements of the Quality Control Analyst
- 3+ years of Quality Control experience in a call center environment
- Experience providing feedback for coaching/training
- Strong communication and time-management skills
Compensation for the Quality Control Analyst:
- $25.00 per hour
