JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. Other projects as assigned.

Quality Control (QC)

  • Develop QC procedures on Sales Product Resource Team (SPRT) & Pricing Analytics tasks
  • Execute QC procedures on a monthly basis
  • Collaborate with SPRT, Pricing Analytics and other teams to review findings and initiate process documentation modification if necessary

Operational Risk & Customer Remediation

  • SPRT Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the process and reporting
  • Work with SPRT and other teams to gather facts for reporting
  • Work with SPRT team members to modify processes to address reportable events

SPRT & Pricing Analytics Documentation

  • SPRT Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the process creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures Manuals (SOPM) and Desk Manuals
  • Work with SPRT, Pricing Analytics and other teams to provide accountability to document processes
  • Create and coordinate an annual review process of SPRT & Pricing Analytics process documentation

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
