Description:

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Responsible performing audits of quality expectations and compliance requirements. Participate electronic data transactions and in corrective actions to raise the performance of the company’s quality and overall service. Grow and develop quality knowledge and skills

TRAVEL

Travel maybe required to other company locations, client locations, as well as conferences and seminars.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
High School Degree or GED.
1 or more years’ experience in quality performing product and process audits.
Other Professional Considerations
ASQ membership is preferred.
General knowledge of quality control or quality systems.
Experience in quality systems.
Experience with ERP/MRP Systems; Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
Diverse knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Good computer skills including quality control applications, Microsoft Office Suite.
Good understanding of general safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine audits of activities; including inbound and out bound, product and process verifications, to ensure that SOPs and work instructions are being followed and client specifications and compliance requirements are being met.
  • Perform verifications of return products, as needed.
  • Use of RF scanners and other technologies for execution of the activities above.
  • Use computer and software to review and modify the “release status” of pharmaceutical goods.
  • Maintain accurate and current quality records and save them in appropriate systems.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and training.
  • Elevate quality and inventory discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in the investigation of complaints and nonconformances.
