Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer with a focus on chemical engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of industrial paintings through rigorous quality control processes. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will collaborate closely with chemical engineers to implement and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to industrial paintings. Conduct thorough inspections of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and recommend solutions to enhance overall product quality.
• Chemical Analysis: Utilize chemical engineering principles to analyze raw materials and finished products for quality assessment. Perform chemical tests and experiments to evaluate the performance and durability of industrial coatings. Interpret chemical analysis data and provide insights to optimize product formulations and processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with chemical engineers and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions. Communicate effectively with production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures. Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to maintain quality control throughout the supply chain.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders as needed.
