What you will be doing?

• Ensuring quality products are produced.
• Practical work exposure in Quality Management
• Audits
• Technical Support/Trouble shooting
• On the job training in food quality and safety
• Supporting of critical projects interdependent on all food science and quality assurance aspects of manufacturing
• We provide our interns with relevant training and mentoring.
• You will be provided with formal and informal guidance throughout the duration of the program.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Studying towards a Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology (final year)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• As an Intern you will be required to accurately record and keep your workplace exposure (logbook)
• Have good knowledge of the relevant department/area in the milling supply chain & able to perform required key tasks as stipulated.
• Perform any other tasks required by the QC Manager.
