Description:
Seymour Pacific Developments is looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with deep understanding of industry standards. Working in conjunction with multiple departments, the Quality Control Manager based out of Winnipeg, MB will lead our Quality Control team across the region (Manitoba, Ontario & Saskatchewan) ensuring that quality is a top priority on all residential construction projects. The role will encourage employee buy-in of new quality processes and must be able to overcome resistance to change. Working closely with Senior Management, the incumbent must also develop effective quality measurement tools, identifying gaps, and developing action plans for correcting shortfalls. .
