Responsibilities:
- In-charge to perform quality assurance and quality checking processes.
- Inspect finished goods, follow through company’s procedure and ensure adherence to product quality standards.
- Identify Product Defects, record and report issues.
- Develops and implements inspection methods and procedures.
- Generates reports of conditions found during inspection activities, notifies operations and management of significant problems, and completes documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspection or test activities.
- Attend to customer feedback on quality issues.
- To enhance quality improvement.
- Actively involved in improving factory operations.
- To complete, provide report and keep all related documentations.
- Ensure products meet corporate standards as well as all applicable government regulations.
- Upkeep ISO 9001 and other quality standard certifications.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
