We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Customer Service & Delivery Department. Working alongside our Manager of Operational Performance, you will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality of standards. Conduct data analysis, inspect and test our products while collaborating across departments to enhance quality and implement effective control procedures, your role will imperative to our operations and customer satisfaction!

  • Conducting inspections and tests on materials and products to ensure quality standards;
  • Investigating quality issues and customer complaints using data analysis, developing solutions to prevent recurrence;
  • Utilizing data analysis to identify trends and improve product/service quality;
  • Developing and enforcing quality control protocols based on analytical findings;
  • Documenting all inspection and test results for quality assurance;
  • Collaborating with various teams to address and rectify quality issues;
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations;
  • Communicating quality metrics and improvements to stakeholders effectively;
  • Staying updated on industry standards and integrating best practices into quality processes;
  • Results-oriented, with a commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
