Description:

PAY RANGE $23 - $26 PER HOUR

Job Responsibilities:
Seeking an experienced and reliable individual with prior Audio Visual (A/V) background to fill our Video QC Bench Technician position. The position is responsible for QC of Video and AV rental equipment in our Los Angeles office. This involves the timely QC inspection, maintenance, and light repairs of video and audiovisual equipment.

Job Duties:

  • Perform Quality control inspections, maintenance, firmware updates, and light repairs of inbound video and audiovisual equipment. Check all functions of rental equipment and that packaging is complete.
  • Document service in inventory system and report all damaged equipment to operations
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance, QC, and items entered into repair.
  • Prepping video equipment for events as well as building custom racks.
  • Keep area tidy and organize shelf storage of equipment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Fulltime, overtime required as needed

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • AA Degree in technical field.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently
  • Prior broadcast video, corporate event, or audiovisual experience
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (on occasion).
