Description:

Catalyx is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team and work on our customer site in North Cork. This role will offer an initial 3 month contract to support the start up of an on-site project with the possibility of extension.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in a scientific discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with team members and other functions to ensure all laboratory activities are coordinated.
  • Complete all appropriate training through SOPs and safety Risk Assessments.
  • Preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Clean laboratory equipment.
  • Solution preparation for QC testing activities.
  • Tracking and ordering of lab consumables.
  • Draft SOPs and safety risk assessments.
  • Maintain the laboratory in an inspection-ready state.
