Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Working closely with the manufacturing team in Dalby. As the Quality Coordinator you will maintain accurate and compliant quality assurance documentation within the QMS for the whole manufacturing division.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, product certifications, and internal quality control procedures. Additionally, manage, monitor, and evaluate the QMS program, representing the organization during internal and external audits.
  • Plan and coordinate calibration schedules, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and ensure adherence to the maintenance program.
  • Analyze and collect quality data to minimize non-conformities and facilitate continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to ensure adherence to systems, procedures, and processes, promoting overall compliance.
  • Manage electronic registers, including calibration, equipment maintenance, and supplier management, to uphold accurate records and compliance.
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and accuracy of documentation in the Quality Management System (QMS) by managing and maintaining version control.
