SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in Food Safety/Quality Management Systems within the food industry, ideally.
• Food Science qualification, or equivalent.
• Being a Qualified Audit Lead is advantageous, however training will be provided
• Advanced computer and technology skills, particularly with MS Suite.
• A strong eye for detail.
• Highly adaptable with a curious mindset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to our Quality Manager-Operations, this permanent full-time opportunity involves collaborative site project work, auditing, reporting, and day-to-day coordination within the Quality team. Based at our small production site (Smeaton Grange, NSW), you will utilise your ability to work autonomously with a continuous improvement mindset and communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups to ensure specification requirements are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be involved in site project work, including rolling out new initiatives.
• Conduct internal, GMP audits and supplier audits as required
• Perform Compliant investigations for Smeaton Grange.
• Manage and update all Liquid Milk Specifications and monitor product results.
• Assist with the site and quality inductions of new site-based team members.
• Review and update Quality Documentation
• Support the wider Quality Team and provide back up support
