Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Administrating customer complain in the local system, by assuring, in one hand, proper transfer of them from the customer sources ( portals) in the local system, and, in another hand, proper problem solving and communication with the customer till they are completely solved
  • Assuring that the analysis flow for WR claims is correctly applied, based on agreements with customers and VDA Field failure; taking decisions in relation with needed processes in case of NTF process
  • Monitoring field situation for relevant projects and initiate proper actions based on this
  • Collaboration with Central WR Team an provide the requested inputs for TF negotiation
  • Checking the accuracy of the claimed costs and make the correlation with respective claims in this regards
  • Reporting the field situation; escalating, in the proper flow, any deviation or abnormality in the field
  • Negotiating/Communicating when is necessary, with customers
  • Regular reporting and statistics based on quality performance, for the relevant projects
