Job title: Quality document & System Training Lead
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Flexible working: 60% home, 40% office
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
About the job
This role will lead the Quality and Training team at the GRA Hub organization and will report directly to the GSH Head.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise global staff supporting GRA system training and oversee training material updates
  • Manage training vendors globally and ensure training delivery for GRA-owned systems worldwide
  • Design and implement global communication strategies
  • Ensure training documentation accuracy and availability
  • Facilitate new system user training and QD assignments and conduct impact analyses
  • Maintain accuracy and functionality of online modules and completion records
  • Lead audits and inspections related to GRA system training
  • Develop strategies for training methodology and assignments and collaborate with relevant teams
  • Responsible for QD (Quality Document) assignment process being accurate and available and manage compliance reporting
  • Directs staff supporting GRA QD training, assuring accuracy and timeliness, to all appropriate GRA colleagues globally
  • Develop and elaborates new strategies related to QDs assignments for optimizing training compliance of GRA population
  • Collaborating across different GRA regulatory partners, Quality, R&D entities, iLearn, operation teams

About you

Experience:

  • 7 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or Vaccines industry in quality, training, or communications roles. R&D and/or Regulatory Affairs experience preferred.
  • Desired experience of 2 years in audience analysis, training strategy & eLearning modules development, content creation, and training delivery
  • Experience managing individuals
  • Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment
  • Experience with learning management systems, audit and/or inspection activities is a plus

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows; web skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology (e.g., video conference, AdobeConnect, WebEx, Zoom)
  • Proficiency in e-learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Storyline, Captivate), or experience in website or SharePoint design and management is plus

  • Ability to take initiative and to overcome challenges
  • Excellent communicator with advanced negotiation and influential skills, including leadership and assertiveness skills
  • Proficient in senior stakeholder management, effectively navigating complex relationships and aligning strategic objectives
  • Ability to influence others and align toward common goals
  • Self-starter with tact and diplomacy skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, collaborative team player
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, solve problems, and meet deadlines
  • Advanced Continuous improvement management

Education:

  • At least BS/BA degree in scientific, training, IT, organizational science, or human resource discipline. Advanced degree is preferred (MS/MA/PharmD/Ph.D/MD)

Languages:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
