QUALITY ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a comparable discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting, including vision systems, laser detection, and measurement controls.
• Familiarity with Lean or Kaizen methodologies is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work core A shift from 6:30 AM to 3 PM with flexibility for occasional overtime or shift adjustments.
