• Lead the area staff in the problems solving methodology to handle any customer complaint.
• Manage the Cost of inferior quality and other metrics in the manufacturing area.
• Manager the group of quality auditors to ensure the correct product sampling as part of the quality audit inspection.
• Participate in the cross functional team for any APQP activity.
• Manage and contain any non-conforming product on the floor.
• Lead the Layer Process Audit process.
• In charge of performing the Measuring System Analysis (MSA) for the measuring equipment that is used on the production floor.
• In charge of supplier development and incoming inspection activities
