Dorigo Systems Ltd. is currently looking to hire a full-time experienced Quality Engineer Supervisor to join our growing team!
Reporting to our Director of Quality Assurance, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring product quality meets our customers’ high standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related discipline)
  • 5+ years experience in a quality assurance
  • Understanding of electronic and mechanical testing processes, designs, and associated production technology
  • Knowledge of ISO:9001, ISO13485, AS9100C, SPC, ERP, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 and other related standards is a strong asset
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and components datasheets
  • Must be familiar with Non-conformal reporting , CAR/BAR Corrective Actions, and use AD/Fishbone/FMEA to close loop
  • Experience with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP and Six Sigma
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and thorough personality
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Quality Control Inspectors in day-to-day operations
  • Set inspection requirements to meet agreed production schedules and assign tasks to QC Inspectors accordingly.
  • Adherence to CTQ in terms of customer commitments of Expected Quality and On Time Delivery.
  • Operational requirements of Continuous Improvements and Lessons Learned.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative cross functional team environment.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure QC Inspectors, SMT and Post-Ops are following MPIs and other job-related instructions.
  • Ensure employees are producing a high quality and reasonable qualities of work.
  • Actively participate in Customer Claim Investigations (RMA), Continuous Improvement, and process development to ensure all relevant resources are in place to successfully complete jobs/projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing Quality Assurance processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Coordinate with QC and production team to identify and resolve issues regarding delivery.
  • Communicate with all supervisors to determine the status of assigned work.
  • Provide continuous improvement suggestions for QC activities.
  • Participate in manufacturing operations meetings.
  • Use lean manufacturing principles, monitor performance trends, and encourage teamwork to ensure continuous improvement of the QC departments and achieve company goals.
