Quality Engineer

Waters Wexford are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their established, knowledgable team!
Within the Quality Dept we are responsible for providing QMS and regulatory guidance to our business partners. We work with everyone to identify risks, solutions, make right, timely and practical decisions.
We work on the development of leadership, Managerial and technical bench strength vital to sustain growth in an inclusive work environment. We strive to achieve our goals and objectives, improve customer experience and employee happiness.
Responsibilities:

EDUCATION:

• BSc or equivalent academic qualifications.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous manufacturing experience of working in an ISO9001, ISO13485 or cGMP environment.
• Desirable - SAP and Trackwise

• The assessment of compliance with ISO9001, ISO13485 and applicable Good Manufacturing Practice regulations within the company.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve product quality issues.
• Supporting Global Manufacturing Operations.
• Handle Non-Conformances and Quarantine Material Dispositions.
• Provide QMS and Regulatory guidance support.
• Manufacturing documentation.
• Support New Product Introduction.
• Engineering changes.
• Deviations.
• Analyse and report data for Supplier Review.
• Prepare, conduct, report, and follow-up on internal & Supplier audits.
• Provide support to other support departments - audits, compliance, projects.
• Support Lean Initiatives and LDMS Boards.
• Support / Lead Projects and CAPA Investigations
• Digital Software Delivery Upload Approvals
• Andrew + Robot Quality Activities
