We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecoms clients They are currently looking for a quality and environment safety technician to ensure all the standards and regulations are met and all the projects adhere to the right standards
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Oversee the implementation and upkeep of the Integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety System, including participation in work audits and employee training. Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal procedures, promoting continuous improvement in quality, safety, and environmental practices.
1. Contribute to defining standards and procedures for our Integrated Quality, Environment, Safety, and Social Responsibility Management System. Propose updates based on current legislation and external auditor recommendations. Ensure documentation is maintained for reliable and updated information.
2. Prepare and present annual audit plans for approval, allocating resources and adjusting monthly based on priority areas. Ensure audits align with the Area’s Business Plan for efficient System implementation.
3. Simplify and ensure the smooth implementation of quality, environmental, and safety standards across all business units. Drive process harmonisation and continuous improvement to meet regulatory requirements effectively.
4. Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for the Integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety System to incorporate external auditor recommendations and adapt to changes in legislation.
5. Apply the standards and procedures of quality, environment and safety, namely with regard to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards, in order to ensure that the activities carried
out are in accordance with the legislation and defined standards.
