INTRODUCTION

As Toluna enters its next phase of exciting growth, we are looking for a Quality Executive to join the Quality Team. This team works with different functions across the business to ensure data quality stays top of mind across our respondents, research design and execution, and platforms. To achieve this, the team leverages expertise in research methodology, respondent psychology & fraud, technology, and analytics as well as strong relationships with teams across Toluna. Your role is essential in ensuring teams across the business have the right level of knowledge about our quality checks and processes, and ensuring our existing checks are effective.

REQUIRED SKILLSET

  • Ideally, minimum 5 years of experience in the market research industry.
  • Ideally degree-educated in a field that covers research theory (e.g. psychology, sociology, marketing) or alternatively an industry qualification showcasing market research knowledge OR degree-educated in a field that covers data or technology.
  • Good knowledge of methodology and operations within quantitative online research, including topics such as research fraud, best practice online research design, and operational processes. Qualitative knowledge is a bonus.
  • Experience with explaining technical content to a non-technical audience, documentation, and running trainings.
  • Experience with setting up, managing, and monitoring PowerBI reports.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages a are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • You lead internal quality knowledge-sharing at Toluna, ensuring all teams have the relevant level of information they need about data quality checks and processes – whether that’s preparing Sales teams for speaking to clients about data quality, training Research Managers on our existing quality tools, or keeping internal operations teams informed about our existing checks. You achieve this by making information accessible in different formats (e.g. articles, videos) and running regular trainings and Q&As with internal teams. You’ll also support the Quality Consultant with external knowledge-sharing, such as client meetings, industry events, webinars, etc.
  • You lead the ongoing monitoring of all our quality checks and processes, ensuring that they are up and running and as effective as they can be. This is essential as it ensures we achieve our quality objectives and that we spend resources on quality procedures that actually make a difference to the quality of our data. If you identify a challenge, for example a team not following a best practice process, you work together with this teams to address it. You’ll also support the Quality Consultant with executing necessary improvements to our existing checks and maintaining the relationship with any external vendors we use.
