Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality First Line Manager (Level K) to support the Interiors Responsibility Center based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manages, develops and motivates employees across multiple Quality Management Job Families
- Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations
- Successfully implements solutions in an ever-evolving environment by relying on problem-solving, data, and analysis to drive decisions
- Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 3+ years leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
- 3+ years in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
- 3+ years in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Ability to work on the production floor supporting on-product conformance determinations
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. AS9100)
- Experience working execution to safety, quality, delivery & cost commitments
- 3 + years in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
- 3+ years working with cross-functional leadership doing collaborative problem solving while building lasting relationships
- Precision in written and verbal communication
