St Andrew’s Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for experienced Improvement Leads to join existing our Continuous Improvement team and play a key role in accelerating our Quality Improvement (QI) strategy.
Whether your background and experience is in a clinical or non-clinical setting, we do expect you to be both versatile and dynamic.
You should have a commitment and passion for improving services and outcomes for patients, with a track record of delivering QI change at a leadership level. An understanding and commitment to co-production is essential.
If you are a highly motivated, curious and creative individual, with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The key factors we expect you to deliver in the role will be:
- Facilitating and driving forward the delivery of QI initiatives
- Embedding a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement across the Charity.
- Applying your experience in the use of QI tools, methodology and an evidence based approach.
- Participating in the facilitation and delivery of the Charity’s in-house and external QI training programmes, conferences and events.
