About the job Team Lead RequirementsObjectives of the Role
To drive continuous improvement across quality KPI’s, deploy quality strategy, governance and goals at the plant. Ensure all QFS risks are proactively assessed and managed with adequate resources planned upfront to reach QFS compliance. Validate QFS criteria in the project at all steps. Lead QFS change management i.e. ensure all changes are done with proper change management base on risk analysis and followed by efficient validation and verification.
About you
Target Profile
1. Ensure Operational Compliance to QFS requirements in Factory (Process, Semi- finished & Finished goods, and Packaging)
2. Handling of Market Place Feedback (Consumer, Customer, and incidents in Market)
3. Handling of Internal Product Non-Conformity
4. Drive Continuous Improvement
5. Provide Innovation Support 7. Data analyses
6. Enable QFS and SHE Management System

Reporting Qualifications:

• Diploma in natural sciences (Food technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical engineering or Microbiology)
• TQM / B. Tech. would be advantageous
• Continuous Improvement Experience (Demonstrated knowledge)
• Sound working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook; PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in either measurement and testing or QMS
• Dairy Products/ Technology Knowledge
• Power BI knowledge advantageous
• Project management experience
• Data analytics advantageous
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools
