Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In the role of Quality Inspector during night shifts, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our production unit operates in adherence to the quality standards outlined by Group Quality. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of production to guarantee compliance with specifications, as well as proposing initiatives for continuous improvement. Moreover, you will contribute to employees’ training to ensure the achievement of quality objectives and will actively monitor the production auto-control system to promptly address any issues that may arise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Quality Inspector, your role is multifaceted and pivotal in ensuring the consistent adherence to stringent quality standards within our production environment. You will oversee a range of critical responsibilities aimed at upholding product integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements:
Your primary responsibility lies in conducting thorough internal checks, encompassing hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and diligently maintaining audit schedules to ensure the consistent enforcement of quality standards.
Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards throughout the factory premises is imperative, and you will play a crucial role in upholding these standards at all times, in line with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
You will be tasked with auditing critical aspects such as allergen control, Critical Control Points (CCP’s), and recipe control, ensuring strict adherence to established standards and specifications to safeguard product quality.
Monitoring of documentation related to traceability, batching, product labels, and printing will be part of your routine, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate seamless production processes.
In the event of food safety and quality issues, you will serve as a reliable source of support for production and Quality Management, offering assistance for laboratory analysis and helping to implement necessary corrective actions to address any identified deficiencies promptly.
Collaborating closely with production staff, you will proactively contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of quality standards, ensuring that our products consistently meet all requisite criteria for excellence.
Effectively managing quarantined goods and actively participating in internal/external audits.
Carrying out swabs for adherence to the environmental monitoring programme.
You will play a pivotal role in addressing any emerging quality issues promptly and effectively, thereby safeguarding the integrity and reputation of our products and processes.
