EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 Years experience in FMCG preferably in Laboratory Management
• Experience in managing a team

SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical/laboratory management or engineering

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Quality Lab management for personal care factory
• Management of consumables, instruments, key systems in the laboratory
• Managing a team of 8 analysts, assigning them daily tasks and follow up on their career development
• Working with suppliers to improve quality defect time loss due to raw and packaging materials
• Working with 3rd party suppliers to continue with our current certification of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22715 (certification & recertification) and Emirates Quality Mark
• Working on key Quality systems for daily production management, leading QMS program
• Leading Quality risk assessments for any new project coming to DPC
• Leading Lab Digital Transformation, leading Quality One Modules for the factory
