The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Quality Lead role will make an impact:
- Responsible for managing performance of Key Quality Metrics, identifying trends, establishing and executing recovery plans as required.
- Identify critical quality issues along with risk associated with supply chain, drug shortages and new product launches and escalate to the Global Governance Council.
- Support the generation and review of all investigation content relating to critical escalations to ensure appropriate actions to guarantee the Quality and Safety of Product on the market.
- Establish and provide consistent timely analysis and publication of key quality metrics.
- Interface with site operations owners to collect and analyse key data related to site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform trend analysis in collaboration with site operation owners to forecast preventative actions.
- Schedule and facilitate the execution of the Site Quality Council and Management review meetings.
- Support the implementation of the Operational Excellence Programme on the site by encouraging staff to identify, lead and implement improvements.
- Lead key Quality and Compliance projects on site as defined by the Senior Quality Assurance Director.
- Ensure compliance with all company and legislative health/safety/environmental requirements.
- Act as a change agent by gaining support for and driving sustainable improvements to ways of work.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Honours degree in Science or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Proficient user of MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
