Responsibilities:

This role is a Permanent full-time position based in Sydney, NSW.
We have a great opportunity for a Quality Manager or ambitious Quality Lead to manage Ertech’s project-based quality assurance programme to ensure statutory and contractual compliance with quality requirements on the projects in NSW.
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of two high profile infrastructure projects with project values exceeding $200m.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Implement the organisational Quality Management System on the project to ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
  • Ensure that the project conforms with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory / legal requirements.
  • Identify, manage and monitor quality objectives, requirements, risks and other issues that may adversely impact the surety of successful project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a quality culture that drives business improvement.
  • Provide support to delivery teams (engineers, supervisors, surveyors) in meeting contractual requirements in relation to Quality Management
  • Ensure that the workplace maintains robust risk management processes, capability, focus and discipline associated with quality.
  • Provide technical quality expertise for the project.
  • Ensure that the workplace understands and meets its regulatory and legal obligations as they relate to quality.
  • Handle client expectations and communicate effectively with the project team.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Ertech policies, processes, systems and procedure.
