Quality Management Lead (m/f/d)

KEY REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience as a lead in quality management, software / system engineering and/or quality planning
• Understanding of Automotive SPICE or any other equivalent quality standards and implementation experience
• Knowledge on ISO 26262, ISO/TS16949, SCRUM, SAFe
• Supplier quality monitoring
• Several years of professional experience as a team or project leader
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills

• Independent internal quality project management in accordance with organizational QM and ASPICE standards
• Preparation of quality management plans, inspection schedules and documentation according to customer requirements
• Define, deploy and track relevant KPI’s applicable to the projects
• Planning and execution of quality measures (acc. DIN and VDA) in the field of development, production and service
• Preparation of risk assessments for software, assemblies and systems
• Preparation and implementation of internal and external ASPICE assessments and tracking of measures
• Coordination of the quality requirements in cooperation with the quality inspection body / customer
