Quality Management Representative

Job scope:

• Report to the Project Director (PD) and Project Manager (PM) regarding project quality and liaise with relevant teams
• Supervise the operation and effective execution of the project’s quality management system
• Ensure the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the project’s quality management system, complying with company standards and relevant certifications
• Formulate and implement the QA/QC management system at the site
• Update and control the distribution of quality management system documents
• Coordinate and chair weekly QA/QC site meetings with subcontractors’ QC personnel to ensure quality control
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and both internal and external project stakeholders when required
• Develop plans for internal and external quality audits, assign auditors, and oversee corrective actions to address findings and close audit reports
• Preference for candidates with managerial experience in Civil Construction. Prior LTA project experience is an advantage.

Min 5 years of relevant experience for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work
