TRAINING AND EDUCATION:

• Provide training to employees on quality policies, procedures, and the importance of compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to ensure that staff members are adequately trained on quality management principles.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management or a related role.
• Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Quality Management System. This role involves collaboration with various departments, monitoring compliance with quality standards, and facilitating activities related to quality assurance and process optimization.
