Quality Managementsystem Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed technical/industrial vocational training or technician or comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Experience with methods and tools for continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the QHSE Manager in optimizing the quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of external audits (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, …)
  • Complaint management according to the 8D system and follow-up of quality complaints in accordance with internal Nexans requirements
  • Adaptation of internal quality documents to optimize the quality standard
  • Development and creation of work instructions and SWI
  • Creation of quality KPI reports
  • Co-contact person for REACh and RoHs and the internal suggestion system
  • Development of an internal audit plan and implementation of internal audits
  • Support with QMS projects
