• Oversee competence management by enabling competence build-up through career paths, training, education, and certification.
• Strictly adhere to compliance guidelines including group directives, legal and financial directives, frameworks, processes, tools, data security, and privacy, as well as global and local environmental and occupational health and safety regulations (E+OHS).
