Description:

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Quality Manager will support the function of the Quality team and the wider GH team to ensure implementation and maintenance of quality standards and achieve exceptional client outcomes through (1) consistent and reliable high-quality services compliant with all applicable laws and regulations (2) underpinned by a lived quality & safety culture and capabilities across the organisation and (3) hands-on, agile & pragmatic guidance and practices to continuously improve quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will work towards desired outcomes through supporting the business with a range of areas such as audits, incidents, policy review, risk identification and training.
This position reports directly to the Head of Quality and has one direct report.
Hybrid/flexible working arrangements will be considered and the successful candidate may call any of our Melbourne offices (Carnegie, Carrum Downs or Tullamarine) ‘home’.
