Description:
Your responsibilities
- Manage the EMEA quality management software infrastructure (CAQ).
- Support the management of internal quality system audits in EMEA, as well as the monitoring of required follow-up activities
- Conduct quality management audits (ISO 9001:2015/ISO 13485:2016) in a multi-site environment at our EMEA subsidiaries.
- Conduct audit follow up activities analyze audit findings and identify best practices, key issues and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the implementation of EMEA quality standards and guidelines respecting business needs.
- Develop and maintain quality management related reporting for all levels of use.
- Support subsidiaries on external audits
- To be based in Hamburg office
Your qualification
- University degree or similar qualification
- Strong IT affinity
- Business driven attitude
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2016
- Risk management knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain good working relationships and work productively with others in a team environment
- Fluent English and German language skills, further languages are a plus
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (<15%)
