Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the EMEA quality management software infrastructure (CAQ).
  • Support the management of internal quality system audits in EMEA, as well as the monitoring of required follow-up activities
  • Conduct quality management audits (ISO 9001:2015/ISO 13485:2016) in a multi-site environment at our EMEA subsidiaries.
  • Conduct audit follow up activities analyze audit findings and identify best practices, key issues and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of EMEA quality standards and guidelines respecting business needs.
  • Develop and maintain quality management related reporting for all levels of use.
  • Support subsidiaries on external audits
  • To be based in Hamburg office

Your qualification

  • University degree or similar qualification
  • Strong IT affinity
  • Business driven attitude
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2016
  • Risk management knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain good working relationships and work productively with others in a team environment
  • Fluent English and German language skills, further languages are a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (<15%)
