Description:
DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Application of the global Quality Directives of the Management
- Perform audits, report the results and launch corrective action plans
- Define all quality requirements for new projects & describe quality plans inside technical proposals
- Follow-up of Quality indicators
- Perform and participate to audits, prepare teams in order to pass audits successfully
- Implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
- Define training needs & set-up training plans
- Follow-up of the respect of formalities and requirement of PART, EN, ISO…
- Treatment and analyze of Non Conformities (internal & external).
- Follow up of non quality hours and perform continuous actions to reduce the amount
- Lead Quality-Program Organisation and quality responsibles of different projects
- Certification of skills and special process
- Act as focal for SMS requirements
- Steer Risk management plans
DESCRIPTION COMPLÏ¿½MENTAIRE
Be familiar with methodologies like SQCDP, QRQC, 8D, DMAIC and be able to train them.
Be as well in charge of the Quality and Improvement activities in Donauwörth
