Responsibilities:

The Quality Manager will provide expert support and advice to the RNSH executive team and staff on clinical quality and improvement. The incumbent will also provide leadership across RNSHl to ensure that clinical effectiveness, patient safety and quality improvement are embedded at a health service level to support the facility to provide high quality, cost effective safe patient care. Actively promotes, support and embeds a culture of quality care and improvement, high professional standards and a positive open reporting culture.
