JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving operational systems.
- Enhancing customer service levels.
- Improving the efficiency level of the operational quality system.
- Increasing quality awareness and training employees.
- Keeping procedures up-to-date.
- Conducting internal and external audits.
- Monitoring CAPAs and complaints.
You will oversee the following quality systems:
- GCP and GLP: CRO conducting (pre)clinical studies in food-producing animals.
- ISO 17025: diagnostic laboratory.
- GMP: vaccine production unit.
- GDP & FCA: distribution company for animal medicines and feeds.
You will be supported by a QA officer and a QA Admin and report to the management team.
