JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving operational systems.
• Enhancing customer service levels.
• Improving the efficiency level of the operational quality system.
• Increasing quality awareness and training employees.
• Keeping procedures up-to-date.
• Conducting internal and external audits.
• Monitoring CAPAs and complaints.

You will oversee the following quality systems:

• GCP and GLP: CRO conducting (pre)clinical studies in food-producing animals.
• ISO 17025: diagnostic laboratory.
• GMP: vaccine production unit.
• GDP & FCA: distribution company for animal medicines and feeds.

You will be supported by a QA officer and a QA Admin and report to the management team.
