Welcome to a small successful team of three, working closely together to maintain and develop the high standard within Quality and Compliance that we’re praised for! Reporting into the Quality Manager Nordics your role is to help drive the Quality and Compliance agenda working closely with our colleagues at our international headquarters as well as the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE:
On a day-to-day basis, your job will involve quality and control activities such as self-assessments, facilitating audits, assessing our processes, and raising awareness of quality and information security issues. You’ll also together with our team play a wider role, developing new processes and recommending changes to optimize the existing setup, supporting certification projects across the Nordic region and comply with local legislation. You have a good opportunity for high influence on your daily work and continue to strengthen the compliance culture in the business.
Together with your colleagues you are the gatekeeper to make sure that we at all times are in compliance with current regulations, our certifications and our commitments towards our customers. The role is covering both Sweden and Denmark and you will be supporting the Nordic Management Team. Quarterly travels are expected to support both Campuses.
FUTURE TASKS WILL AMONGST OTHERS BE:
- Register operational incidents and reporting
- Ensure lessons learnt are noted, followed up, executed and documented
- Ensure trainings and emergency drills take place
- Ensure procedures are reviewed and updated
- Stay prepared to assist in the event of an incident
- To coach / instruct / motivate staff to work according to agreed guidelines and procedures
To be successful in this role we expect you to appreciate the operational and hands-on compliance and quality work this position offers among other things. We expect you to have a strong quality mindset, being self-driven, feeling enthusiastic about working in a certified environment.
- Experience from working in a certified environment is required and knowledge in compliance work as ISO, SOC and PCI is considered an advantage
- An analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to translate a requirement into a practical task
- Excellent planning skills and ability to always comply with deadlines
- Having knowledge about data centers is an advantage
- Clear communication skills in both Swedish and English, both oral and written
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Being able to deliver a clean criminal record
