Quality Oriented Housekeeping Manager for Nobis Hotel

Keeperz is currently searching for a new housekeeping manager for our housekeeping department at Nobis Hotel. Nobis Hotel is a 5* Luxury hotel with 75 rooms located 5. minutes from the Central Station.
We are looking for a housekeeping manager with high energy, great communication skills & a “Yes we can - attitude”. A person who do not compromise quality and works systematically with the team to improve every day.
Experience from housekeeping as either housekeeping manager or supervisor is a must.
The job is a fulltime position and includes working every 2. weekend.
Working hours are mostly 8.00 - 16.00 & every 2. weekend 09.00 - 17.00

The main tasks would be:

• Opening & closing - preparing working papers
• Check rooms & public area cleaning
• Give feedback, train & motivate the team
• Ensure a good work environment
• Ordering and managing stock
• Daily- and weekly planning
• Procedure check

We are looking for a manager who lead by example and manage and motivate the team from the corridors/rooms not from the office. The position is not administrative “heavy”.
