Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality, Risk, and Education (QRE) Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring that our organization maintains high standards of quality in its operations, through effective document management and data analytics.
The QRE Coordinator will work closely with various departments to support their strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing overall quality, minimizing risks, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

SKILLS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or healthcare Administration
  • You must be highly adaptable and independent professional with excellent communication skills, thriving in collaborative environments, prioritize customer service, and effectively manage tasks, demonstrating both flexibility and a strong team-oriented approach
  • Demonstrated excellence in computer proficiency, including encoding accurate information and use of Microsoft Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, SharePoint, Excel, Electronic Survey tools (i.e. Survey Monkey) and other related software.
  • Experience with PowerBI preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain QRE related information and data in alignment with quality, risk management and training activities
  • Collects, compiles, and transfers data from various sources to create QRE reports, encompassing quality monitoring reports, Client Safety Plans, Quality Improvement Plans, workforce surveys, annual reports and alike.
  • Utilize SharePoint to publish and post corporate forms and documents, ensuring they are organized in the appropriate and accessible manner.
  • Monitor and tracks all risks, complaints, compliments, and incidents that impacts our quarterly and annual indicator report
  • Uses data analysis tools (e.g., excel, power BI, and data dashboard) to conduct basic analysis from the data collected
