REQUIREMENTS:

If you are someone with:

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum of two years of working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be analytical, detailed and systematic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Able to work independently with initiative and handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools is desirable, not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the consulting or professional services industry would be advantageous.

WORK YOU WILL DO

Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the regional Quality, Risk & Management team. The individual will provide administrative support to the Quality and Risk Management function for the Deloitte Consulting offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and execute various Quality & Risk Management (QRM) activities and processes.
• Responsible in scheduling, updating, and following up on risk consultations. Includes doing prechecks, participating in calls, writing call minutes and capture action items.
• Direct liaising, collaborate and coordinate with internal stake holders, project manager or project team.
• Maintain risk consultation record for audit purposes.
• Update and maintain database of opportunities.
• Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside of the standard QRM guardrails.
• Assisting in administrative and QRM duties to comply with Deloitte’s standards, procedures, and policies.
